Air tickets, vouchers other travel documents are subject to terms and conditions imposed by the suppliers. NTA America Inc. is not responsible for any loss of or damages to property, or injury to person caused by any defect, negligence or other act of omission by any suppliers used in this package; nor is it liable for any circumstances in which the Operator is to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of the passenger of his or her baggage and every effort will be made to provide alternate service to maintain the quality of the tour.

· Deposit: A deposit of $100.00 per person is required within seven (7) calendar days of booking in order to hold the reservation.
